As a team of seasoned hospitality professionals, we’ve long admired Fish Bones Grill for its commitment to high quality, locally sourced ingredients, exceptional seafood, and a welcoming atmosphere. When the opportunity arose to take the helm, courtesy of Paul and Kate Landry, we knew it was the perfect place to launch our vision - a restaurant group focused on celebrating Maine’s rich culinary heritage while creating inviting spaces where people can gather, connect, and enjoy outstanding food.

We are incredibly grateful for the trust and support shown from both our predecessors and their loyal patrons.
